Deposit Policy

Purpose:

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding deposits required for services or products offered by Alfa Mobile Detailing LLC.

 

Deposit Requirement:

A deposit is required to secure Detailing Services. The standard deposit amount is 20%(+-) of the total amount services..

 

Payment Deadline:

Deposits must be paid when bookings are accepted. Failure to pay the deposit by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.

 

Accepted Payment Methods:

Deposits are to be paid online before booking date.

 

Refund Policy:

    •    Fully Refundable: Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 5 days before the scheduled date.

    •    Partially Refundable: 50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made between 2-5 days before the scheduled date.

    •    Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance or in the case of a no-show.

 

Transfer of Deposit:

Deposits may be transferred to a future date or different service if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability and approval.

 

Forfeiture:

Deposits will be forfeited in the event of non-compliance with the terms of the agreement or failure to appear for the scheduled service without prior notice.

 

Disputes:

Any disputes regarding deposits must be submitted in writing to alfamd.llc@gmail.com or 786-972-2992 within 24 hours of the issue
